Dataplus Solutions Ltd have worked with large, medium and small companies who operate at both international and local levels. These include British Telecommunications, The Continuity Company and Total Body Solutions Ltd.

For British Telecommunications we were asked to evaluate the suitability of both hardware and software for a pilot scheme which was to introduce small retailers to the world of technology. This included daily automated reconciliations, stock inventory and online ordering. The pilot ran for 3 months in the north of Scotland and Dataplus Solutions were involved with the hardware and software installations, staff training, producing User Guides and Training Manuals, and supporting the retailers during the pilot period.

The Continuity Company are a multinational marketing company who were building their own in-house software application which was to automate their daily processes. These included automation of stock inventory, running promotions, and movement of stock worldwide. Dataplus Solutions were brought in to bring the project back on line. This included the recruitment of developers and testers, the managing of the Development, Testing and Quality Assurance processes, and ensuring that the application was delivered to the user community in a timely fashion. Dataplus Solutions are being retained to support the UAT (User Acceptance Test), training and implementation stages of this project.

Total Body Solutions called us as they did not know which hardware or software to purchase for their start-up business. We consulted with them to evaluate their business needs and from there we resourced and installed the required hardware and software.
